Jamie Stanos

Jamie Stanos is a B.S. graduate of Kent State University. Later, he conferred an M.B.A. from Cleveland State University. Today, he is a professional in the healthcare field with an emphasis in finance, operations, project management and process improvement. Past experiences include managing the operations of a variety of health, wellness and community recreation programs, coaching youth sports programs and health care administration. In addition, Jamie worked with the American Red Cross providing educational programming to communities as a teacher/educator in pre-hospital emergency care, sports safety training and community first aid/CPR.  Jamie also has a special focus in the oversight and management of dialysis operations, business development and physician practice management.

Healthcare Industry

During the time Jamie was pursuing his undergraduate education at Kent State University, his main focus was to work in physical therapy and cardiac rehabilitation. His coursework was a part of pre-medicine and biology program, however he later decided to take another route. Alternately, Stanos received his certification in emergency medical care as an Emergency Medical Technician. From here, Jamie Stanos became a greater part of the healthcare world by also contributing to the business structure of the industry. For example, he aided in corporate wellness initiatives and helped to build new health care sites. An area that is particularly important to Jamie is having academic medical centers as health resources for communities.      

A Drive to Create

Aside from Jamie Stanos’ role in the healthcare industry and the operational/financial aspects, he has another prominent interest. Before setting out to work in healthcare, Stanos attended Kent State University with a focus in graphic design and illustration. While he decided not to formally continue in that area, Stanos has managed to gain a creative reputation in his places of work. Colleagues may refer to him as someone with a creative design and marketing presence. Today, Jamie Stanos does freelance work on the side and can be found doing projects ranging from promotional design, print ads and creative design for his part in a custom guitar shop.

Other Business Endeavors

Other areas of interest for Stanos include working in his family’s business and music. His family members operate and manage an auto repair and truck rental business. On weekends, Jamie Stanos may be found involved in automotive body work or running the accounting aspects of the company. In terms of music, Jamie is a part of a partnership overseeing a custom guitar building shop. His contributions include design work for the guitars and interacting with the business’ clients.
